HackSpace Magazine: Adafruit Metro Mini 328 V2 @HackSpaceMag @Raspberry_Pi
Although Arduino-compatible boards are not as difficult to find in stock as a Raspberry Pi, they can still be challenging to source. The revamped Adafruit Metro Mini 328 V2 is a 5 V, 16MHz, Arduino-compatible board that fits right into the STEMMA QT and Qwiic Connect ecosystem. And is in stock.
The board still features the same ATmega328 integrated circuit, same pinout, same size, and same mounting hole locations. But, now you have the STEMMA port for prototyping without the need to solder. Just snap together and get programming. They also got rid of the old micro-USB port and upgraded to a reliable and more robust USB-C connection. It’s teeny, it’s tiny, it’s mini, and it’s Arduino-compatible! And it’s in stock! What’s not to love?
They give the board a 9/10, saying it’s “Updated and better than ever.”
