Microsoft announces Windows developer event for June 24th
Latest in cybersecurity.
Microsoft has announced an additional Windows developer event for June 24th that will likely reveal new programming API or Microsoft Store changes.
Earlier this month, Microsoft announced that they would be holding a special Windows event on June 24th at 11 AM EST to unveil their next generation of Windows.
After the announcement, speculation ran wild as people looked at every post created by Microsoft for clues about the name of Windows 10’s successor.
This week, a preview build of Windows 11 was leaked online, confirming its name and allowing us to get a glimpse of the new features coming to the operating system.
Yesterday, Microsoft’s Windows Developer Twitter account announced that they have a second event on June 24th at 3 PM EST.
This second event will be hosted on YouTube and is aimed at Windows developers.
While no information has been provided as to what will be discussed in the developer event, it will likely include information about the upcoming changes to the Microsoft Store, how to submit and design apps and possibly new Windows APIs introduced with Windows 11.
Like the 11 AM Windows event, the 3 PM developer event is available to anyone who wishes to watch it.
